This is another extremely versatile method of preparing Maine Lobster tails that have come to you direct from Trap to Table™. You can use EZ Shuck tails, and remove the meat, or Shucked Maine Lobster tails.
The only ingredients you will need for this recipe is Maine Lobster tails
* Olive Oil
I got this recipe from a chef who cooked 400 of these tails at a time (we’re talking a very large pan of Maine Lobster tails) and serves them at the Country Club he works at. I have been a fan of this recipe ever since. It’s a perfect addition to any hot meal (think: Fettuccini Alfredo with Oven Roasted Lobster Tail… Mashed Sweet Potatoes with Oven Roasted Lobster Tail…) and also a great way to prepare Maine Lobster if you have a recipe that calls for cooked Maine Lobster meat.
Place your raw Maine Lobster tails onto a sheet pan or other baking dish. Drizzle with a little bit of olive oil, sprinkle with salt and pepper. Heat over to 425 and cook for 10 minutes.
